Navreen empowers individuals to take control of their lives, cultivate rewarding change, and develop a renewed sense of hope and a deeper understanding of themselves.
Navreen holds a Master of Arts Degree in Counselling Psychology, specializing in School and Youth.
She has worked in the field of mental health with couples, young adults & families for the past five years. Her experience includes treatment, couples counselling, supporting special needs kids, outreach, and individual counselling.
She practices through a Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy lens to help her clients on their journey of self-discovery.
She teaches trauma-informed and culturally safe perspectives to support clients heal from traumas and address other challenges such as anxiety, depression, or relationship issues.
