Naveena takes a person-centred and strengths-based approach to her counselling. She is a pleasant and nurturing individual who makes meaningful connections with others. Her core strength as a counsellor is to help clients develop their insight.
Naveena is currently completing her Master of Counselling at City University and plans on becoming a Registered Clinical Counsellor upon completing her degree. She is a student member of the BCACC. Naveena holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Education. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. – South Asian Therapist
