If you have landed on my page, chances are the issue you’re wanting to address has been on your mind for a long time, and you have been dealing with it alone. Involving a counsellor with an objective informed perspective can make all the difference in the world.
My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share your stories and find the meaning behind them.
When you have the space to develop insight and awareness, you will have the freedom to move forward, and consciously decide how you want to be, and who you want to be.
My approach is short term, focused on finding solutions and healing. I believe that even brief treatment can make a significant difference in people’s lives. I utilize both widely used therapies, like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), as well as specific trauma-focused therapies, such as Lifespan Integration (LI).
I believe everyone can benefit from therapy and honour the courage it takes to be ready for change.
I look forward to hearing from you!
