Well Beings Counselling 2020 Scholarship Competition
At Well Beings Counselling, we are fully committed to supporting the future of students across Canada. We’re excited to offer the opportunity for qualifying Canadian students to receive our new scholarship, intended for students in the area of Psychology, Social Work, and similar fields, with two lucky winners being selected to receive an award amount of $500 each. Eligibility Requirements:
- Canadian Citizen (or permanent resident).
- Enrolled (or enrolling) as full-time or part-time students of accredited college/university within a Canadian province, for completion of an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, or equivalent field.
Limit of one (1) entry per contestant.
The applicant must comply with CRA rules to qualify for the tax-free benefits of the scholarship, please see the rules here.
Your scholarship may be tax-deductible. However, you are responsible for any tax reporting requirements and any tax due. We cannot give any tax advice.
Application Requirements:
- Complete all required sections of our application form below.
- Be sure to attach the following documents to your application form:
- Some verification of enrollment at your college.
- Your Essay.
Entry Requirements:
Submit a brief essay of roughly 1000 words, detailing Psychedelics and Therapy. This can include the benefits of psychedelic use as a catalyst in therapy, pro’s and con’s (if any), and what new research says about its future use.
Award:
Total award – $1,000; Number of awards given – 2. Maximum award – $500 per winner.
Award amount will be made out to your school in the form of a check and mailed to your personal address.

Winners will be notified via email.
