Everything moved very quickly, from the time of inquiry to the professional & detailed forms to answer preliminary questions. I was able to reach out, type some background info, and be in contact with a (for lack of a better word) receptionist/ phone consultant, within two days, and by the middle of the next week had my first appointment in-person. I was hesitant starting out therapy, but as soon as the first session started I knew I was in good hands. My psychotherapist was very smart and kind, and I felt very safe and comfortable working with them. I was visiting Vancouver for a friends wedding, and suddenly had a anxiety attack from all of the planning and shenanigans. I was the photographer and it was really stressful time. My best friend suggested this place, and it was a lifesaver. Pareen is unlike other counselors, she actually listened to me and made me feel safe and valued.
