With over 20 years of experience as a clinical counsellor, I draw from a number of evidence-based approaches. I also believe in working at a pace that suits you, whether we’re working through past trauma, managing anxiety, or building new life skills.

I’ve had the privilege of working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, including both adults and youth. My own journey as a therapist continues to evolve; I am deeply committed to lifelong learning and ongoing professional development. Alongside my clinical work, I’ve also taught at the college and graduate levels, contributed to academic publications, and presented at international conferences.

My passion for mental health has taken me to institutions like Ohio State University and McGill University, where I’ve worked with leading professionals in the field. I provide counselling in both English and Turkish, and my aim is always to meet you where you are with warmth, presence, and respect.
