My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and culturally responsive, integrating CBT, IFS, EFT, SFBT, and Narrative Therapy to support practical, meaningful change. Sessions are tailored to your needs and grounded in collaboration, with care that respects your values, culture, and lived experience.
Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals and couples, including teens (13+), adults, and elders. I support a wide range of concerns, including relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma and PTSD, and substance use. Every therapeutic relationship I enter is collaborative; you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to support, guide, and gently challenge you as you move toward change.
