Zoë Haber-Kucharsky Registered Psychotherapist (Q)

You might be navigating feelings of anxiety, depression, or overwhelm, noticing patterns in your relationships, or sensing that something in your life is asking for attention or change. I work with both individuals and couples, offering a space where these experiences can be explored with curiosity, creativity, care, and support.
I approach therapy with the understanding that you already carry valuable knowledge about yourself and your unique circumstances. Together, we attend to both your inner experiences and the wisdom your body holds. With gentle guidance, we explore physical sensations alongside thoughts and emotions to deepen understanding, build awareness, and support regulation.
As a trained Expressive Arts Therapist, I integrate creative processes—drawing, writing, movement, and music—into sessions to foster insight, expression, and practical tools that extend beyond therapy. These approaches are offered thoughtfully and collaboratively, only when they feel supportive for you.
My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals and couples feel seen, respected, and supported. I bring a grounded, curious, and welcoming presence, helping create space to explore uncertainty while staying connected to your strengths and capacity for growth.
