Macdonald Ndibmun Doh, RP (Q)

Words have the power to either build or break a life. I am honoured to walk alongside you in your journey toward emotional healing and personal growth. You may be noticing that certain patterns, relationships, or internal struggles are no longer serving you as they once did. Together, we can explore what feels stuck and identify meaningful changes that restore balance, connection, and clarity in your life.
My approach is attachment-focused, client-centred, and grounded in empathy and respect. With core training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), I support couples in navigating relational challenges, repairing emotional disconnection, and strengthening secure bonds. I also work with individuals seeking support for emotional regulation, relationship concerns, trauma recovery, and personal growth. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and compassionate space where healing unfolds at your pace.
I integrate evidence-based approaches to ensure our work is practical, collaborative, and results-oriented. My style is warm, culturally sensitive, and strengths-based. With a background in nursing, pastoral care, and mental health, I bring a holistic understanding of wellness. I work with youth (16+), adults, and couples, offering inclusive, culturally responsive care in English and conversational French. You are not alone!
