Lee-Anne Bieg, Registered Psychotherapist, MACP - small

I believe healing begins in relationship, when you feel seen, heard, understood, and accepted exactly as you are. I am a trauma-informed therapist who offers a warm, supportive, and inclusive space for healing. I work with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including trauma and PTSDself-harming behavioursgrief and loss, anxietysleep concerns, and difficulties with anger and emotional regulation.

I am committed to supporting neurodivergent individuals and LGBTQ2S+ clients in a way that honours identity, difference, and lived experience, and fosters a sense of safety, belonging, and respect.

My approach is eclectic and holistic, recognizing that healing involves the mind, body, nervous system, and relationships. I draw from EMDR, DBT, CBT, and ACT, while remaining grounded in person-centred and strengths-based care. Therapy is collaborative and thoughtfully paced, tailored to your unique needs and lived experience.

I understand that many coping strategies—such as self-harm, anger, or withdrawal—developed as ways to survive overwhelming experiences. In our work together, we focus on safety, compassion, and building new skills without judgment.

Above all, my goal is to offer a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with your strengths. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
Together, we can do hard things.
