My goal is to help you manage life’s challenges in a compassionate and supportive way, offering a safe space and guidance that is tailored to your unique experiences. We can work together to build a set of tools and techniques that will help you better navigate life’s ups and downs and help to ensure that you feel in control of your own well-being.
Therapy with me involves listening with empathy and compassion: I want to hear your unique story. I also have experience working with individuals with varied backgrounds, including those for whom English is a second language.
