Brooklyn Harris, RP (Q)

I know that starting therapy can feel intimidating, and reaching out is often a big, courageous step. You might be noticing that parts of your life no longer feel quite right, or that things just aren’t working the way you want them to. My intention is to offer space where there is room to slow down, reflect, and begin making sense of what you’re carrying. I aim to hold space in a way that feels supportive and safe, while gently exploring and addressing the concerns that brought you to therapy.
My approach is insight-oriented, relational, and reflective. I believe that lasting change comes from understanding yourself, including your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and values, and noticing how they show up in your life. Together we’ll focus on strengthening your connection to who you are and what matters most to you, while exploring ways to respond differently when old habits or patterns arise.
The relationship we build in therapy is central to this work, and I strive to make it warm, attentive, and nonjudgmental. I gently challenge when it feels helpful, while also bringing humour and lightness into the room, because I believe that depth and softness can and should coexist in the healing process.
I work with people navigating grief, relationship and attachment challenges, identity questions, life transitions and more. Whatever brings you to therapy, the awareness and insights we develop together naturally extend into everyday life, giving you the chance to notice patterns, reflect, and respond in ways that feel more intentional and aligned with who you want to be.
At the heart of my work is supporting you in developing a deeper understanding of yourself, so you can move forward in ways that feel grounded, authentic, and true to who you want to be. I’m here to listen, support and walk alongside you whenever you’re ready.
