Do you feel a sense of emptiness and uncertainty? Do you feel alone, stuck, struggling with lack of purpose and fulfillment? Are you facing realities you cannot change? Do stress and anxiety complicate your well-being? Do you long for the taste of meaning and joy? Together we can explore all of these feelings and questions. Together we can look into your past, present, and future. Together we can uncover and nurture your resilience and inner strength. Together we can search for how your challenges can become the source of your transformations.
I specialize in helping clients who are experiencing identity crisis, existential angst, trauma, divorce, resentment, anxiety, stress, despair, and all sources of discomfort.
Each of us is indispensable and irreplaceable but we sometimes lose sight of this. Each of us has a human spirit with a wealth of resources from which we can draw. I practice psychodynamic psychotherapy informed by attachment theories, Jungian ideas, spirituality, and Viktor Frankl’s approach of “healing through meaning”.
I too have been to the psychological underworld and battled the dragons of chaos. A path forward does exist. You can experience your life as an adventure.
