K o r r y is a lovely kind understanding therapist. She listened very carefully to everything I had to say. She validated my thoughts and opinions. It felt like a very safe and welcoming environment. I was a little nervous going into my first appointment but my therapist at the Kelowna location made me feel comfortable right away with her warm smile and calming office.

Everything moved very quickly, from the time of inquiry to the professional & detailed forms to answer preliminary questions. I was able to reach out, type some background info, and be in contact with a (for lack of a better word) receptionist/ phone consultant, within two days, and by the middle of the next week had my first appointment in-person. Not to mention my first appointment with Sarah was quite enjoyable. I felt safe, understood and not dismissed like I had in previous therapy experiences through different service providers. Thanks!
