“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.”
Finding a safe space to share your story is essential to one’s healing, recovery and transformation. Through nonjudgmental curiosity, humor, insight, and empathy, I create a safe space in which clients can begin to rewrite the major narratives of their lives.
As a client centred therapist, I will work with you to identify strengths that can be applied in unique ways to help alleviate past and/or current struggles and put you back on the path to the best version of you.
I am a registered therapist with over 18 years of clinical experience working with couples, families and individuals struggling with a broad range of issues. I have worked in various positions which include family counselling teams, counselling walk-in clinics, employee assistance programs and over 16 years working with offenders within the criminal justice system.
