KARINE M.S. LANGLEY Ph.D, RP

"I provide my services in both French and English."
Karine Langley is a dynamic psychotherapist with over thirty-five years of experience. She recently worked with Morneau Shepell for six years as a full-time psychotherapist dealing with trauma clients, depression care, EAP and workplace support. She is bilingual and will shortly become nationally certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She also works with Crocus Care providing psychotherapy for traumatized refugees. She also works as a therapist for the Queenship of Mary Community in Ottawa.
Her short-term solution-focused sessions have seen most of her clients have remarkable improvement within three or, at most, four sessions. To assist, she has written a book on substance abuse and developed highly innovative strategies for anxiety and strength-based CBT. She provides her services in both French and English.
She has also worked as a therapist for the Canadian Navy for five years and the correctional services for one year.
Her variety of experience, including working as a therapist in a military setting, a prison setting, a legal setting and most recently for the past six years as a one-on-one therapist for EAP, means that her experience and expertise are of tremendous value to her clients.
She is a registered psychotherapist with CRPO and a member of the OACCPP.
