I use evidence-based treatment and my approach to therapy is eclectic and client-centred. My training includes cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), among other approaches. With couples, I use emotion-focused therapy techniques (EFT) and Gottman couples methods.

When you’re feeling hopeless, it’s especially hard to feel compassion for yourself. One of the beautiful things about therapy is that it is a space where someone else can hold compassion and hope for you until you are able to hold it for yourself. I have a passion for supporting people in working through complex trauma, anxiety, and family of origin wounds.
